Software Problems

Some common symptoms of software problems are...
  • Your display suddenly shows a blue screen and gives some explanation of an error
  • One of your computer program stops working suddenly; e.g. Microsoft Excel or Word cannot open the file which you used to be able to or needed to open
  • Your email client program (e.g. Outlook Express or Microsoft Office Outlook etc) cannot send or receive emails
  • Internet Explorer stops working or takes too much of time to load webpages
  • You cannot open an Image file, e.g. pictures taken from your Digital Camera or copied from another USB storage device
